DVD Commentary Meme

Saw this on wendymr's journal and it just looked cool, so I ganked. 

Pick a paragraph (or any passage less than 500 words) from any fanfic I've written, and comment to this post with that selection. I will then give you a DVD commentary on that snippet: what I was thinking when I wrote it, why I wrote it in the first place, what's going on in the character's heads, why I chose certain words, what this moment means in the context of the rest of the fic, lots of awful puns, and anything else that you'd expect to find on a DVD commentary track.

Bonus points to those who pick fics that are less than 500 words, as you'll get the entire process of the fic, :).    Actually, pick anything - this just sounds cool and since it might even get my creative juices flowing, if you like my writing and want to see more, have at!

So where am I going wrong here?  I feel certain that I am, somewhere, but I just feel that unless you are in a relationship with the same partner or partners all the time, condom use is a must to prevent the spread of all diseases, not just HIV, to society.  Again, I'm not saying that they don't have the right to live their lives as they choose, but asking them to use condoms  doesn't seem unreasonable to me.
