If you are in the US, there is the Haven Coalition, which is a network of volunteers who provide a meal and a safe place to sleep for women who are forced to travel to New York City for second-trimester abortions. 

If you're in the UK, The Abortion Support Network provides similar help for women who are unable to obtain abortions at all in Ireland.

Thank you for your support of the rights of women to do what is best for them and their bodies.   

ETA: Thank you to darkfireangel who told me about Fund Abortion Now, which helps women to find a local abortion and depending upon the income of the woman involved, may partially pay for it.

http://www.fundabortionnow.org/ is a site which will help you find a local abortion fund (if it exists.) Depending on your income and the cost of your procedure, they will assist you and partially pay for it.
