Thanks so much for alerting me to this. I used it in my classes (all boys, high school age) to engender discussion about whether or not "women's issues" are still issues. I'm doing other work on male entitlement, etc., later in the week, so this was a perfect entree! Thank you!

I know this was UK specific but here in the USA males have a 1 in 5 chance of being sexual assaulted -- that's hardly small. Given that boys and men are supposed to talk about it far less than women and girls, I wonder what the true rate is. Since we know that predators often learn from being victims, I wonder how much we might cut rates of violence against women if we stopped the entire "boys will be boys" nonsense when boys are violent against each other?
