Yes, it's her sense of human dignity that would be highly offended, no matter what she may think of religion. In her eyes, Aaron would be holding an idea in the face of someone who was mocking it, no matter how much she may disagree with that idea.

Ayn may have never recognized privilege and her philosophy shows that, but she also made quite a few points of understanding misfortune and she held that it was utterly tactless to show off success or prosperity in front of someone who has suffered misfortune.
