A sweet and lovely friend of mine,afro_dyte, is mounting another production of her play, Tulpa, or Anne&Me this summer. If you recall, it's the one about . . . well, me . . . where I crawl out the TV and make friends with a lonely web comic artist.
Anyway,afro_dyte needs your help. She's trying to raise some money to put on the play in a way that you'll really get your money's worth if you come see it.
And all she needs from you is a dollar.
OK, she told me not to go for the hard sell, but really -- it's a dollar.
You can't even buy a cup of Starbucks for a dollar! Seriously, you likeafro_dyte, don't you? Wouldn't you treat her to a cup of Starbucks? Think of this as the same thing.
So, please, if you've got it, why not give a little? Why not let your friends and family (online and IRL) know about it?
