We're working on it - my therapist helped a bit, :).
They must be good people running it, giving you the right to not come in when you aren't up for it.
We're independent contractors - if they don't want to start keeping track of our taxes, they can't tell us when to come in.
Ugh. I've had shifts like that - they're never cool, :(.
