Another "The Perfect Storm" Update

I sent the first five parts of the sequel off to beta (right now, there are roughly 18 parts, though some are much longer than others, so the final number of chapters will almost certainly be greater.  However, since someone mentioned they were re-reading the original, I thought that I should mention that I'm posting a revised version of "The Perfect Storm" on AO3.  While the heart and essential plot have not changed, I have removed unnecessary epithets, typos, and punctuation and grammar errors.

Looking forward to this very much. Will you be posting the sequel at AO3 also? I'm on my way over now to find gor a re-read. That one I'll be able to read on my Nook & phone :)

Just thought I'd pop by to let you know I just finished re-reading TPS - it was just as good as I remembered - and to very politely ask how far along you are with the sequel?

I am not above begging, or bribing (a naked Ianto with a cherry on top, anyone?), if that will help at all :-D

Thank you, :). I've gotten some beta feedback, but am currently stalled on determining just how much rewriting I'm going to do. Sadly, the beginning was as rough as I feared and I'm in the process of some soul-searching to figure out in what direction this really wants to take me. However, people reading and re-reading and taking the time to tell me they loved it has been great for my muse - I've written more in the last couple of months than I have in years.
