I didn't go either, though I think it was 'his or her' instead of 'their'.

I don't know. If it's 'they' shouldn't it follow as 'their'. Since both are plural?

I didn't understand 30 which had best (I think) and better twice, preceded by /: and/or /;. What was that about? I chose the /:better, which I'm sure was the correct word, but the /: /; went right over my head. I'm usually pretty good with words, but unfortunately, I have math dyslexia or some such thing. I still count on my fingers.

If it's a singular 'they', though, as in when one doesn't know the gender of someone to whom their referring. That question was a bit complicated, IMHO, since there was no way of knowing from context which 'they' they were talking about...

Because I'm a bit anal, I guess, I went back and did it again, then checked his blog. The one I messed up was question 30. Neither time did it register that the /: /; were for the first blank. Dense, I think they call it. The 'their' 'they' was correct. Interesting.

strangely I got 100% on everything except for beginner where I got 93% - but I think it was one where there were 2 right answers and I only clicked on one of the options
