Guh - ouch...wow, poor Jack and... ow. I really liked it. It's not at all what I'd imagined but that's the great thing about prompts. It really hit a real good emotional spot. Dark but not too dark and with a strong feeling of hope and the love & devotion that goes with the responsibility of being Jack and being Colby's dom. I also like that you had Don drift in and out of the background, y'know he wouldn't be able to stay away but he'd also know not to interfere once he knew what was going on. I'm still, just...'Guh'.

I just love Jack's determination that Colby not wake up alone, too. Very Jack.
